About the role

The Role

Vault CRM is in the middle of one of the largest platform shifts in life sciences software. More than 200 customers are live, and 14 of the top 20 biopharmas have committed to it globally, including recent selections by Amgen, Biogen, Eli Lilly, and Regeneron.

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead U.S. product marketing for Vault CRM Suite. This is a senior individual contributor role. You'll own the launches, messaging, and field enablement that shape how the industry understands the next generation of CRM, including new agentic capabilities like the Agentic Call Report.

Why this role

  • Lead product marketing for the category leader. Vault CRM is the established choice for life sciences commercial teams. You'll shape how it defines what comes next.
  • Own the launches that matter. New agentic capabilities and suite products are coming to market, and you'll take them from product vision to field-ready story.
  • Influence at scale. This role connects Market Strategy, Product Management, Sales, and Field Marketing. It's well suited to someone who knows how to build alignment in a large, complex organization and enjoys doing it.
  • Work Anywhere. Do your best work from wherever works best for you.
  • Stability and purpose. Veeva is a profitable, growing public company and a Public Benefit Corporation serving the companies that bring medicines to patients.

What You'll Do

  • In collaboration with market strategy, product management, sales, and field/integrated marketing, develop and execute against an annual, strategic marketing plan—including customer retention, adoption, and cross-sell/upsell strategies
  • Lead product launches and release marketing, from positioning through field readiness
  • Develop and refine messaging in partnership with market strategy, pulling it through to all external channels, web properties, and customer-facing assets
  • Empower field sales and customer-facing teams by translating product releases and strategic narratives into high-impact enablement tools and presentation decks
  • Partner closely with Field/Integrated Marketing on campaigns, events, and account programs
  • Own the content strategy, and develop assets (thought leadership, videos, website copy, blog posts, infographics, etc.) that articulate solution value and showcase customer success
  • Own and execute large scale customer conference agendas and content, and customer advocacy programs
  • Drive product awareness through PR, article placements, and social media
  • Build and maintain an optimized library of sales collateral and competitive assets
  • Establish a consistent operational cadence across market strategy, product management, and marketing for Vault CRM Suite product marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B enterprise software product marketing experience, with demonstrated experience leading initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • High level of self-motivation—proven ability to proactively navigate internal organizational structures and integrate into existing cross-functional cadences
  • Exceptional narrative refinement and writing skills; proven capability to take strategic product concepts and turn them into clear, polished customer messaging
  • Demonstrated track record of cross-functional alignment, working seamlessly with market strategy, product management, and field/integrated marketing stakeholders
  • Strong project management and operational execution skills, with high attention to detail and accountability
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing a category-leading enterprise B2B software product with significant market share
  • Experience with customer adoption, customer advocacy, or account-based marketing (ABM) expansion programs
